Dear neighbours, many children and many dogs live in Vitosha Park — and we love them all. The little ones, however, play on the grass and on the playgrounds, fall, touch everything and do not always know what is dangerous.
That is why the central green areas and the playgrounds are kept for play only: we do not walk dogs there and they do not relieve themselves there. This keeps the places clean and the children healthy and safe. Signs with the rule are placed in these areas.
For dog owners
- in the common areas of the complex dogs are walked on a lead only, and with a muzzle when needed;
- owners clean up after their dog and dispose of the waste in the designated places;
- owners are responsible for any damage caused by their animals.
Details — in Chapter V “Keeping animals” of the House Rules. Thank you to all owners who already follow it — together we keep the complex a pleasant place for children and for our four-legged neighbours alike.
