It borders the Simeonovo lift, which provides quick and convenient access to both the mountain and the center of Sofia. Ring Mall and IKEA are within walking distance, and in the immediate vicinity is a stop of the E123 electric bus line. Winter is colder than in the central part of the city, with snow lasting longer here and temperatures up to 5\u00b0C lower. Summer is warm, but relatively fresher and cooler than in the central part of Sofia, thanks to the proximity to Vitosha Mountain, the higher altitude and the low density of buildings, which also favors air movement.
